Counselling

I work with individuals (16 years and older) and couples, using different approaches depending on the situation. Trauma and Post Traumatic Stress, Anxiety and Depression, communication and relationship issues are just a few examples. Evidence-based therapeutic approaches include, but are not limited, to the following:

• Somatic Experiencing

• Emotionally Focused Therapy

• Eye Movement Integration

• Cognitive Behaviour Therapy

Fees: $140/hr

Payable by E-transfer, debit or Credit Card at the time of the session.

Adoption

I work with couples/individuals that are engaged in the process of private or inter-country adoptions. I provide the initial Mutual Family Assessments as well as any updates required, and when a child is place I provide the Post Placement reports.
